At Recurv-X, we strive to provide products of the highest quality. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist with a refund. Please review the following terms to understand our returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Reported as defective or damaged
- We do not accept returns for reasons other than defect or damage.
Timeframe for Returns
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return.
Refund Process
We only offer refunds, not exchanges. If your product is defective or damaged, please follow these steps:
Contact us at returns-recurvx@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
Attach clear images of the defective or damaged product in your email.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once your refund is approved, our shipping partner will pick up the product from your address within 2 business days.
Refund Timeline
After approval of the return, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Incase of Late or missing refunds, please follow the below steps:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds-recurvx@gmail.com and we will check into the matter.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for products that are found to be defective or damaged. No costs will be incurred by the customer. However, in the case of refund, customer will cover the cost of return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for used products, or products without their original packaging.
