1. Shipping Locations

We offer Pan India shipping, delivering to all locations within the country.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the customer's location. Charges will be displayed during checkout, ensuring full transparency before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Within Mumbai: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days.
• Within Maharashtra (outside Mumbai): Estimated delivery time is 4-5 days.
• Outside Maharashtra: Delivery can take up to a maximum of 7 days.

4. Order Processing Time

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. After processing, the package will be dispatched and delivered within the timeframes specified above.

5. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable couriers such as Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be generated and shared with you. You can use this ID to track the progress of your delivery in real-time.

7. Shipping Delays

In case of any unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you through text, email, or phone call to keep you informed.

8. Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you via text, call, or email over a period of 3 days. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to us. Recurv-X will then decide whether to offer a re-delivery or a return, based on the specific order.
